Dirk Nowitzki | $6 Million | Preston Hollow, Dallas

In basketball, Dirk Nowitzki is a player who has achieved high levels of fame. The former basketball player, who now works as a special adviser for the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA, began his professional career around 1998. Since then, he has been selected as an All-Star player 14 times and was the first European to receive the NBA’s Most Valuable Player award. His greatest achievement, of course, is his status as one of the greatest players of all time in this sport.

In the meantime, the former player bought a house in 2019. The property is located in Dallas’ Preston Hollow and is just as beautiful as it is cozy. Although it does not seem to have space for a basketball court, it does have a tennis court and a swimming pool. After just one year of calling it his home, Nowitzki put the house back on the market for $6 million.
