In 2013, Jessica Simpson purchased the house of Black Sabbath’s lead vocalist, Ozzy Osbourne. The home is located in Hidden Hills, California, in a community adjacent to the freeway in the north end of San Fernando Valley. Many celebrities were drawn to the place years before, and some of the Hollywood A-list celebrities who live include John Mayer and Denise Richards. The latter used her home there to film some of her shows in the past. Even the Kardashians once lived in the area — way before they were celebrities. Other past celebrity residents of Hidden Hills include Sinbad, Matt LeBlanc, and Howie Mandel—perhaps all houses were set up with the best home security systems.

Ozzy shelled out $12.4 million for the property in 2007, while the singer-actress paid the Osbournes $11.5 million for it. The estate sits on 2.5 acres, and the 11,000-square-foot home was featured in Architectural Digest. The property has a swimming pool, a spa, ten bathrooms, six bedrooms, and a sprawling lawn.
