Reese Witherspoon is one of the darlings of Hollywood who started her career in the film The Man in the Moon, which earned her a nomination. She then appeared in two major films, Fear and Freeway. For her performance in the film Pleasantville, she won a Young Hollywood Award for Breakthrough Performance – Female. Witherspoon was also in the movie, Cruel Intentions, where she would meet her future husband, Ryan Philippe. The couple had two children between them but later split.

Witherspoon is also known for taking charge of her own career by creating Hello Sunshine Productions. This is the same production company that produced the projects Gone Girl and Big Little Lies. The actress also dabbled in creating her own online book club, which features her favorite titles.
