Lauren Conrad |Entrepreneur

Lauren Conrad cleared the path for a slew of reality series and celebrities to follow in her footsteps. The Laguna Beach grad has made her way to MTV’s The Hills. Lauren remained the show’s headliner, with her love life and career on display for all to see. However, Conrad officially quit the series after the first half of season 5. Lauren’s brand has evolved into a multi-million-dollar empire after her departure, thanks to her numerous business investments.

Lauren spent three years at Teen Vogue and went to FIDM for fashion school, so it was only reasonable for her to stretch her fashion career. Fortunately for LC, she was approached by none other than Kohl’s to design her line. In 2009, the actress launched her label, LC Lauren Conrad, which was designed exclusively for the mass retailer! It effectively catapulted Conrad into the fashion world, and it was an achievement she had not expected to achieve. She then started another firm, The Little Market. Fortunately, it seems like being a fashion entrepreneur, designer, and author wasn’t enough to fill her cup.
