Growing up and understanding his sexuality early on, TV personality Andy Cohen never thought that having his own family was even possible. So, instead, he focused his energy on building a career for himself. Cohen earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism before joining CBS, where he produced newscasts for over a decade. In 2005, he was given a chance to join BRAVO, which helped him establish his name in the field. Since then, he has become a familiar face and a household name for fans of the network.

With all that success, anyone would have been elated, but Cohen must have been looking for something more. There are things that work cannot fulfill, no matter how successful one gets. Luckily for him, that wish was answered in the form of his son Benjamin Allen. Born through a surrogate on February 24, 2019, his birth must have been the real highlight of the famed host’s life.
