Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry bought a $6 million home from Frankie Muniz, star of Malcolm in the Middle. The house, built in the 1920s, is Old World Tuscan in style. It was remodeled extensively in 2003, which resulted in high ceilings, columns, archways, and bougainvillea-draped roofing and stucco walls. The main house measures about 4,500-square-feet and has four bedrooms, while the guest house is 1,400-square-feet with one bedroom and two baths. The entire estate has a spa, two fire pits made of lava rocks, a pool with a boulder for diving, and a five-car garage.

Muniz sold the house to scale back. He then bought a nearby property for $3.9 million. After buying that abode, the actor became engaged with Jamie Grady, but they later called off their engagement. Years later, he tied the knot with Paige Price, with whom he has a child.
