Kaley Cuoco & Khloe Kardashian | $5.49 Million, Mulholland Park

The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco bought the Mulholland Park property of Khloe Kardashian and her former husband, Lamar Odom, in 2014 for a princely sum of $5.49 million. At the time, Kaley and her husband were newlyweds and were looking for a new home. Initially, the asking price for the estate was $4 million, but the couple had to significantly raise the price to be on par with the market. The lavish estate is located in one of the area’s most exclusive gated communities.

Since Kaley bought the house, the actress made significant changes to the 8,000-square-foot interior. The predominantly dark-toned color of the house was lightened up and textured with wallpaper, tumbled stone, and mosaic accents. The sweeping staircase has complete columns and a foyer rotunda complements the style. It has eight bathrooms, six bedrooms, a theater, a master suite, and a lounge, among other things—surely, this one has a home security system, too.
