Brad Pitt and Ellen DeGeneres | $12 Million, Malibu

Since we’re talking about a star-studded real estate transaction, Ellen DeGeneres and Brad Pitt have a story to tell. Pitt initially put up his Malibu beach house on the market for $13.75 million, but the talk show host forked only $12 million for the property. We’re unsure whether the Fight Club actor gave her a discount, but we think DeGeneres has great negotiation and money management skills.

The beach home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private cove, a tennis court, three fireplaces, and beach access, among many other amenities. It also faces the Pacific Ocean on one side, and the Point Mugu State Park on the other, giving the new owner a spectacular view all around. DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, are known for flipping houses. Most recently, they purchased comedian Dennis Miller’s Montecito home for $49 million.
