According to property records, Cher closed on a two-story property worth $2.15 million. The house’s previous owner is none other than Ed O’Neill of Married with Children and Modern Family fame. The estate has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a master suite that befits a diva, a master closet, a private sitting area, two fireplaces, wood-beamed ceilings, and a patio running off the living room.

Built in 1957, the 3,090-square-foot estate is located in the Beverly Hills Post Office district in Los Angeles. Other highlights include a backyard oasis that features meditation areas and cascading waterfalls. Meanwhile, O’Neill recently dropped $6.25 million on a 4,200-square-foot vacation home in Hawaii. He probably didn’t need home loans since he has a huge net worth.
